J.B. Hampton, raised in Montgomery, Alabama, has over 11 years of experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a busboy at Kowaliga Restaurant and working his way up to Expo Manager. He brings diverse skills to Fanny’s operations, including brewing beer, butchering, and sushi rolling. J.B. is passionate about serving, especially at Lake Martin, and his favorite dish on the menu is “a plate full of wings and some cream cheese and pepper jelly.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking, particularly his grandmother’s Crescent Cookies.

Eric Sides, raised in Norcross, Georgia. Over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Started as a busboy at Paizanos in Norcross at 15 years old. Worked at a variety of restaurants in Georgia, Alabama and North Carolina. Some of these being High Hampton, SpringHouse and the Fire Steakhouse. Main focus being on cooking and managing kitchens. His favorite dish on the menu would be the Ribs with some roasted red potatoes. Outside of work he spends his time tending to chickens, rabbits and other animals on his homestead.
